Our Return & Refund and Exchange policy last for 5 days. If 5 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What can you return and when?

(a) You get a broken or damaged item(s)
(b) You get an item that is different in relation to what you ordered
(c)You are not satisfied with your purchase (please go through the below conditions) :

  • We will refund the Product Value, Cart Value will not be refunded though if the cart consists of more products.
  • For return, shipping charges will be your responsibility.
  • Pack the product and return it to the address mentioned on your receipt.
  • Before returning the product, you have to have a talk with our officials on the given contact details on your receipt.

What items can NOT be returned?

(a)Items that have been worn, washed or soiled.
(b) Consumable items like turmeric or any such.
(c)Bulky items like statues or paintings. (can be returned after a genuine talk to the officials)
(d) Customisation or customised items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the images (in case of a broken or different product received).

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your returned request is approved, then we will process the return. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-21 business days (check with your bank).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Refund will be initiated within 7 business days after we receive and process your return request. Usually, it takes 7-21 business days to get fully refunded. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact us at info.myinspace@gmail.com if you still haven’t received your refund after 21 business days even after checking with your bank.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info.myinspace@gmail.com

NOTE: Before any RETURN & REFUND or EXCHANGE, you need to have a talk with the officials and they will help you with your problems.
